Here is a screengrab of the offer I received from them, and took them up on, the other day. This is the page on their site where you begin the balance transfer offer... I ended up taking $9,500. There was a 3% balance transfer fee of $285 as well.
As you can see, I only had until the end of this month to respond to this offer. I'm glad I did it; $285 isn't much to pay for access to $9,500 in additional spending/investing money -- interest-free until January 2011, at which point I plan to pay back the entire balance at once so that no interest charges accrue.
