Heard about you on the radio today.
I've had a Bank Of America Visa for the past 3 years and I'm frankly sick of it, Worldpoints is a pretty weak program. Your points are worth "nothing"
Decided to try your Discover offer (the orange card).... figure they can't be any worse, and 5% sounds great!

AmEx Gold charge card! Just applied and was approved, thanks! I was tempted to get the Platinum instead, but there is NO reason to spend $450 a year on a card. Gold is good enough.

Do you still have the BlueSky card available?

I applied for the Open Road Discover the other week and just got it in the mail today. Do you know if Discover allows you to add a second user to this card?

Outlaw,
I totally dig your site, look at it every day, agree with a lot of your thinking and always buy when everyone is panicking. Bought BP at $24 when it was still spilling, Ford at $4 and Citicorp at $3 something when it was worthless. You need brass balls to day trade or get in a Mutual Fund.I think you are right on gold. Load up when people are dumping and wait for the bounce. I do about 10 trades a day and have always followed this advice and it has worked. Buy gold, really! Rock on Outlaw!

Hey same question as Philip and Travis. Where do I start, and what do I need to know right out of the gates to be successful?
Posted by: Samuel | 01/12/2011 at 01:48 PM
I just turned 21, I'm a student at U of H, and i know pretty much nothing about the market or investing. However...
ITS ALL SO INTERESTING!
Where the hell can I get started on figuring out this insanity?

Outlaw,
Glad to find the site, seems really honest and informative so far. However, that's the best I can tell because I am completely new to day trading. My question: is there a good place for a person like me to get a good foundation of the terms, tricks, timing, etc?

Hey Outlaw,
Do you have an RSS feed so I can add you to my reader?
- Thank you, John

Hey David:
Just read your Free Taco article on the street, wondered why you ripped on Taco Bell. I've eaten there many times, I like their food, and I've never gotten sick from it.

Good insights on billionaires. It surprises me that CArlos Slim hasn't received more coverage until this year when he topped the list.

I like the site so far... do you accept outside contributions? I have a story about Citibank rate-jacking me up to 29.99% even though I've been paying on time for the past 6 years.
I hope they fucking fail

HA! 3:10 to Yuma was a great film. Surprising amount of personal finance wisdom to be taken from that.
